Every product sold on this website is a research material supplied strictly for laboratory research. Products are not for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Each order requires you to confirm at checkout that the materials are for research use only and will not be used in or on humans or animals. That attestation, its version, and the time you confirmed it are recorded with your order. Placing an order without a truthful attestation is a breach of these Terms and we may cancel the order and close the account.

Orders are accepted from researchers, laboratories, and organizations that are qualified to handle research materials in their jurisdiction. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract.

By placing an order you represent that you are purchasing for research use, that you have the training and facilities to handle the materials, and that your purchase, receipt, and use of the materials complies with the laws and institutional rules that apply to you. You are responsible for confirming that the materials may be lawfully imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction.

Product listings are limited to the information needed to identify and qualify a material: sequence, purity, molecular weight, form, storage conditions, and the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied.

Nothing on the website is a recommendation, protocol, or guidance for any use. We do not provide instructions for handling, preparation, or administration, and we do not respond to requests for them. Specifications are stated per lot and may vary between lots within the limits shown on the certificate of analysis.

You may create an account to place orders and review order history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@avenmade.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, provides false information, or is used in a way that we reasonably believe is unlawful.

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before shipment, including where the attestation is incomplete, the shipping address cannot be served, stock is unavailable, or we have reason to believe the materials are not intended for research use.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude duties and import charges. Payment is arranged after the order is placed and instructions follow by email. Orders that are not paid within seven days may be cancelled and stock released.

You may cancel or change an order at no cost until it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Orders and Shipping policy.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees that apply.

You agree not to use any product for human or veterinary use, to resell products for such use, or to represent products as suitable for such use. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

The website, including its text, design, logos, graphics, imagery, and other content, is owned by Aven or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We provide those links for convenience only and do not control or endorse third-party content, policies, or practices.

The website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for the specifications stated on the certificate of analysis for a lot, we make no warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aven and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your attestation, or your possession or use of any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aven and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the website or any product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
